All our auctions are private and the current bid status of lots is not shown, individual bidders are not revealed. As bids are received by e-mail, Fax or Telephone they are logged and entered into our computer system. Then, when the auction has closed, lots are computer awarded to the highest bidder at 10% over the second highest bid. This means that you will not necessarily pay your full bid for a lot. In the case where yours is the only bid on a lot, we'll sell it to you for the START price. In the case of a tie, the first bid received will take the lot.

     Bid what you feel is necessary to secure the desired lot(s); your bid will be executed as needed as competition allows. 

     A start price is the minimum amount a vendor is prepared to accept for a lot. Starts are usually around 70% of the price we feel the lot is worth in the light of our market experience - not a net price or catalogue value

    PHOTOCOPIES - Photocopies or larger scan image are available and can be e-mailed or faxed within 24 hours of receipt of your request.

    BUYER'S PREMIUM - The Auctioneer revives from the Purchaser a commission of 15% of the sales price, as well as 2$ for each lot. Israel residents only will be subject to an 18% VAT tax.

    PAYMENT METHODS - Successful bidders will be notified of lots allocated to them and   must remit Payment before lots are sent. Buyers known to us may have lots forwarded immediately. Payment must be made within ten days after receipt of notification.
 

    We accept the following payment methods: -

• Credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Diners Club this method shall be liable to a surcharge equivalent to the percentage charged by the credit card company of 4%.
• Foreign cheques - must include an extra $10 for bank charges,  (these cheques must be sent for clearance and this process can take over 2 weeks. Goods will not be released until the cheque has cleared).
• Direct transfers (pay through your bank to our account at Bank Leumi Le Israel B.M.Tel Aviv Main Branch, 32-34 Yehuda Halevi st.,Tel Aviv 61000, Israel . Account number 871200/99, Swift No.: LUMIILITTLV)

    POSTAGE- postage charges will be added to invoices. Lots will be usually mailed by Registered Airmail unless otherwise requested. We must ask all customers who use a P.O. Box for their mailing address to include a UPS address for our files when shipment of larger lots becomes necessary.
     Shipping fees will be charged according to the following table. All lots are professionally packaged. These shipping fees are Estimates based on small lots. Shipping fees will be adjusted for heavier orders. In order to expedite your shipment, postage is calculated based on the estimated weight of your order. Actual postage used may be slightly more or less. Please 
Note: We use a sturdy cardboard mailer for ALL our shipments regardless of value. These mailers weigh 2 oz. 

     RETURNS – All lots are genuine as described. Any lot, which is incorrectly described, may be returned within 10 days of receipt and must be returned in the same condition as was originally sent. We will refund these lots completely including return postage.

• An item with faults, which is described as such, cannot be returned for any   fault condition.
• Covers, Postal History, Documents & Ephemera may include minor faults from postal transmission and/or reception. Minor file folds, aging, edge faults, light wrinkling or back flap damage are NOT grounds for return. Serious or unusual faults are described.
• Stamps whose primary value is based upon the cancellation or postal marking may have small faults that will NOT be noted in the description and are NOT grounds for return.
• Lots which contain more then 8 items are not returnable.
• Lots marked with AS IS after the description are SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS.
