HOW DO OUR AUCTIONS WORK? Our Auction is an interactive auction - you can bid on line, by
mail or phone, whatever is the most convenient for you. In the web site WWW.ROMANO.STAMPCIRCUIT you can
monitor increases as the sale progressed, AS WELL AS
SUBMIT OR CHANGE YOUR BIDS. You can bid ON LINE - ONLY
after logging and receiving confirmed registration. If you wish to bid on line,
the first step is to register with the auctioneer and receive your Username and
Password. For bidding by fax or mail
please use the bellow bid sheet. Bids received by e-mail, Fax
or Telephone are logged and entered into our web system within a day. when the auction has closed,
lots are computer awarded to the highest bidder at 10% over the second highest
bid. This means that you will not necessarily pay your full bid for a lot. In
the case where yours is the only bid on a lot, we'll sell it to you for the
START price. In the case of a tie, the first bid received will take the lot. Bid
what you feel is necessary to secure the desired lot(s); your bid will be
executed as needed as competition allows. Photocopies or larger scan
image are available upom request.
The placing of a bid shall constitute acceptance of the
foregoing conditions of BUYER'S
PREMIUM - The Auctioneer revives
from the Purchaser a commission of 15% of the sales price, as well as hendeling
fee of 2$ for each lot. PAYMENT- Successful bidders will be notified
of lots allocated to them and must remit Payment before lots are sent. Payment must be made within ten days
after receipt of notification. a.
Credit cards - Visa,
MasterCard, JCB and Diners Club this method shall be liable to a surcharge equivalent
to the percentage charged by the credit card company of 4% + $5 b.

Dizengoff Interest at the rate
of 2% per month or part thereof shall be payable by the purchaser on any
overdue account, but RM shall have discretion to waive payment of such interest
by notice in writing. POSTAGE- postage
charges will be added to invoices. Lots will be usually mailed by Registered
Airmail unless otherwise requested. We ask all customers who use a P.O. Box for
their mailing address to include a UPS address for our files when shipment of
larger lots becomes necessary. Shipping fees will be charged
according to the following table. All lots are professionally packaged. These
shipping fees are Estimates based on small lots. Shipping fees will be
adjusted for heavier orders. Please Note: We use a sturdy cardboard mailer for
ALL our shipments regardless of value. These mailers weigh
RETURNS – All lots are genuine as described. Any lot, which is incorrectly described, may be returned within 10 days of receipt and must be returned in the same condition as was originally sent. We will refund these lots completely including return postage. 1. An item with faults, which is described
as such, cannot be returned for any faulty condition. 2.
Covers,
Postal History, Documents & Ephemera may include minor faults from postal
transmission and/or reception. Minor file folds, ageing, edge faults, light
wrinkling or back flap damage are NOT grounds for return. Serious or unusual
faults are described. 3. Stamps whose primary value is based upon
the cancellation or postal marking may have small faults that will NOT be noted
in the description and are NOT grounds for return. 4. Lots which contain more then 8 items
are not returnable. 5. Lots marked with AS IS after the description are unreturnable
